Lead mid to large projects.
Formulate contracting strategy for individual contracts.
Perform resource survey and contract risk assessment issue report of findings.
Develop Master Document Support guide and implement changes in systems processes and procedures.
Assess resource needs prepare workforce and indirect estimates develop and manage budgets for individual contracts.

#Basic Job Requirements
v Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and fifteen (15) years of workrelated experience.
v Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management coworkers clients vendors contractors and other stakeholders.
v Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
v Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local state/province and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
v Ability to attend to detail and work in a timeconscious and timeeffective manner
v Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree such as a Master s in Business Administration Law degree (Juris Doctor) or global equivalent.
v Fifteen (15) years of contract management subcontract administration and procurement experience supporting engineering and construction projects.
v Experience developing negotiating contract terms and conditions specifically for contracts related construction engineering materials and equipment installation.
v Strong understanding of contracting principles and legal terms and conditions.
v Broad understanding of the construction industry and contract language associated engineering procurement fabrication and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM).
v Experience with administering the Request for Proposal/Request for Quotation (RFP/RFQ) process for contractors on heavy industrial construction projects.
