Job Description

APPSeCONNECT is a leading Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) provider empowering businesses worldwide to seamlessly connect their applications and automate processes. With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration we re seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and nurture relationships with our valued channel partners. As we continue to expand our footprint we re looking for a professional to drive the growth of our partner ecosystem ensuring the success and productivity of our channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with APPSeCONNECT s business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Understand local market dynamics including buyer behavior and competitive landscape to tailor partner strategies effectively.
  • Understand International Market Dynamics including Service Provider s behavior.
2.Revenue & KPI Management:
  • Meet and exceed activitybased and revenuebased KPIs by driving pipeline growth and closing revenue opportunities through partners.
  • Work closely with partner sales teams to achieve assigned sales targets.
3.Channel Partner Relationship Management:
  • Build strong longterm relationships with existing channel partners (e.g. resellers distributors).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners ensuring prompt communication and resolution of issues.
  • Regularly engage with partners to understand their goals challenges and needs.
4.Partner Enablement:
  • Provide ongoing training resources and tools to help partners effectively promote and sell APPSeCONNECT solutions.
  • Share insights on new product features updates and industry trends relevant to their business.
  • Develop and deliver workshops or webinars to enhance partner capability.
5.Strategic Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with partners to cocreate business plans ensuring alignment with APPSeCONNECT s goals.
  • Work with marketing teams to design and execute cobranded campaigns or events to drive partner engagement.
6.Performance Monitoring & Support:
  • Track partner performance metrics including sales growth lead generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer guidance and solutions to help underperforming partners meet targets.
  • Recognize and reward highperforming partners with incentives and recognition programs.
7.Market Expansion:
  • Identify opportunities to onboard new channel partners in underserved markets.
  • Conduct due diligence to ensure potential partners align with APPSeCONNECT s values and capabilities.
8.Feedback Loop:
  • Gather feedback from partners to refine products services and processes.
  • Act as the voice of the partner within APPSeCONNECT advocating for their needs and insights.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience (3 5 years) in channel sales partner management or a similar role in the SaaS/iPaaS domain.
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and indirect sales strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics 365) and partner management platforms.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the integration or automation software industry.
Knowledge of Key Account Management and CoMarketing Activities for Demand Generation.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
