Job Description
Job Posting: Sr. Technical Support Engineer (L3)
Position Title: Redhat Engineer (L3 Support)
Location: Mumbai pune Bangalore
Experience Required: 715 years

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage RHEL Server environments and Open shift clusters with a focus on availability scalability and security.
Configure and optimize RHEL and Kubernetes clusters in OpenShift environments for peak performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RHEL applications and infrastructure collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Document processes configurations and procedures for RHEL and Open shift deployments.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and updates.
Manage L3 operations and handle escalations effectively.
Technical Skills Required:
Handson experience with RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux).
Expertise in Openshift architecture deployment strategies and administration.
Proficiency in Linux operating systems networking and security principles.
Strong problemsolving and issueresolution skills.
Red Hat certifications (RHCE preferred) are an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Telecommunications or a related field.
Proven experience as a RedHat Certified Engineer or similar role with a strong track record in managing RHEL environments.
