Product Manager Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with experience building SaaS products from the ground up ideally in the utility or energy domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in multitenant multiinterface workflow products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Development: Experience in managing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and iteration. Ability to drive product vision and roadmap aligned with growth stages and market opportunities.
- Market and Customer Understanding: Deep understanding of customer pain points and market needs in the utility SaaS sector. Able to explain complex concepts in multiple formats (written verbal explainer).
- DataDriven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics to inform decisions and measure product success.
- Business Acumen: Strong grasp of business metrics financials and KPIs relevant to SaaS platforms.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to independently drive initiatives and contribute to productled growth in a fastpaced startup environment.
