Job Description
IO Interactive is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team and support the operational needs of our studios and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our titles including Project 007 a James Bond video game with an original story and Project Fantasy an innovative online fantasy RPG and our live service title Hitman.
As part of the Procurement & Outsourcing team you will assist with procurement processes with an initial focus on IT procurement supplier coordination and contract management to support our development teams.
What you will do:
- Execute procurement strategies with a focus on IT procurement under the guidance of senior team members.
- Drive contract and license reviews and negotiations.
- Maintain and update supplier relationships and evaluate both new and ongoing supplier performances.
- Collaborate with various departments at IOI to understand and help fulfill their procurement needs.
- Help identify potential procurement risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Who you are:
- BA in Supply Chain Management or similar.
- A motivated professional with 12 years of experience in procurement supply chain or a related field (experience in gaming or tech is a bonus).
- Experience in software and IT Procurement.
- Familiar with basic contract negotiation and procurement principles.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- An independent proactive team player with a solutionsoriented mindset.
