REPORTING INTO: Area Business Manager / City Head

Responsibilities
Identifying and onboarding DSAs and Channel partners
Building and strengthening relationships with partners
Providing operational support to channel partners
Driving monthly sales targets
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications: Minimum Graduate
Experience: Experience in NBFC and DSA preferably in mortgages
Other Requirements: Own Conveyance strong local industry network
MustHave Skills
Sales skills including rapportbuilding and negotiation
Verbal and written communication
2 years experience in any Loan Car loan
Fintech/banks/NBFC/DSA channel preferably in DSA market
GoodtoHave Skills
Fluency in Regional languages
