The role: Performance Marketer Google Platforms
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can help us enhance brand awareness & generate quality prospects for Kalvium s various programs by managing advertising campaigns across all Google ad platforms including Search Display YouTube and more. The specialist will be responsible for driving targeted traffic increasing conversions and maximising ROI by leveraging the full range of Google ad tools and features. Strong analytical skills a deep understanding of PPC strategies and adaptability across various ad formats are essential.
What will you do
- Define and execute the SEM & performance marketing strategy across Google platforms to drive brand awareness & customer acquisition
- Strategic planning ad creation keyword research and performance analysis & tweaks to ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs.
- User segmentation through a deep understanding of prospects across various geographies & backgrounds.
- Test & optimise campaign variables (ad creatives descriptions landing pages etc.)
- Work closely with a range of crossfunctional teams product design marketing and sales to craft highly effective datadriven campaigns on Google platforms
- Audit prospect conversations to improve lead gen & counselling effectiveness
- Identifying and testing new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
Requirement
- 46 Years of experience in driving profitable campaigns as a performance marketer/growth hacker for Google Platforms like Search Display YouTube Performance Max etc.
- Proven experience in creating effective ad content across various Google ad platforms
- Indepth & handson knowledge of setting up reviewing and revising campaigns on all key Google platforms
- Practical proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics Ads Manager & A/B Testing tools to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
- Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication skills and collaboration.
- Good sense of humour :)
