We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our valued clients ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts addressing their needs and concerns
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on account performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Negotiate contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Identify and pursue crossselling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 35 years of experience in account management or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
- Ability to travel within the Makati area as needed for client meetings
