Job Description: Area Sales Manager Hearing Aids & Audiological Equipment
Location:
  • Bangalore Karnataka
  • Chennai Tamil Nadu
  • Mumbai Maharashtra (3 Positions Available)
Position Name: Area Sales Manager South or West
Report To: Regional Sales Manager (South)
Experience:
  • 45 years in sales with proficiency in MS Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
  • Preferably from the medical device industry with experience in handling doctors and hospital networks in Karnataka
CTC: Rs. 450000 per annum Incentives
Educational Qualification:
  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or any Graduate

  • Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Business Development:
  • Identify and target dealers and dispensing agents to capture a significant market share for hearing aids and audiological equipment. Develop and expand relationships within the medical device industry particularly with doctors and hospital networks.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Drive and achieve monthly quarterly and yearly targets for revenue Average Selling Price (ASP) collection and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Business Promotion:
  • Promote the company s products by associating with doctors and hospital networks ensuring product visibility and driving business growth.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Implementation:
  • Provide regular market reports on costs competition and market dynamics. Work with the Head Office (HO) to implement effective strategies for market penetration and overcoming challenges.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including dealers healthcare professionals and customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster longterm partnerships.
  • Sales Support & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability service support and aftersales service.
