Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises including common areas and restrooms.
- Manage office supplies inventory by ordering and restocking as needed.
- Deliver documents packages and other materials to various departments.
- Assist with setting up for meetings including room arrangement and refreshments.
- Provide logistical support for events and conferences.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying scanning and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Help ensure that office equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist employees with requests related to administrative support.
- Support office staff in various tasks as required.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the pantry and break rooms.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar support role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
- Familiarity with using office equipment (printers scanners etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A valid driver s license is a plus.
