Position Summary:
The HR OD Intern will collaborate closely with the Organizational Development team to support performance management programs assist with administrative tasks and contribute to various ODrelated activities. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain handson experience in the fields of organizational development and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Maintain and regularly update performance management documents.
- Ensure the microsite contains all necessary learning content and aligns with branding standards.
- Work with the OD Manager to create and design materials for performance management activities and events.
- Provide support during performance management programs and events.
- Assist in drafting and disseminating performance managementrelated email communications.
Other Tasks
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course.
- Must be a 4th year student
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative mindset with a proactive cando attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Good writing and video editing skills
- Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop (or other graphic design applications)
- Familiarity with online applications such as Zoom YouTube and Google Suites including Google Sites
Onboarding Requirements
- Officially enrolled in a university
- At least on its penultimate year
- Enrolled in an internship subject
- With good scholastic records duly endorsed by the school
- Able to pass the preinternship requirements
