Overview

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven leadership experience in HR roles.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certifications such as SHRMCP PHR or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and talent management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
