Requirement : A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Tech as Product Marketing Manager
Role Summary:
Develop compelling value propositions and positioning strategies for our insurance
software products to differentiate them in the market.
Create engaging and persuasive marketing content including but not limited to blog
posts whitepapers brochures case studies and product collateral.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends competitive landscape
and customer needs in the insurance software industry.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools and collateral that
communicate the value of our insurance software products.
Plan and execute successful product launches coordinating efforts across various
departments to ensure a cohesive and impactful introduction to the market.Page 2 of 2
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of market strategies through data analysis
and reporting. Should have working knowledge of several key metrics and KPIs
including acquisition cost activation conversion NPS adoption and customer
lifetime value.
Stay up to date with Industry trends and best practices in Strategy and provide
recommendations for Continuous improvement.
Effectively represent Company and the Product in various webinars and forums and
thus contributing to lead generation
What skills required
9 Years of total experience with 5 Years of experience in General Insurance
Domain Knowledge within Product Marketing
Specialization in Marketing Business or a related field.
Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to turn complex technical
information into captivating marketing messages
Stakeholder management at the highest business level
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data evaluate products and market
research.
Proven experience in marketing software products preferably in the insurance
industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exposure to MEA and APAC
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
