Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our Sales Telecalling and Operations teams at QHT a leading provider of hair transplant services. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills be proficient in PPT creation and possess the ability to customize training to improve team performance in customer service sales and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development: Design engaging training programs for sales telecallers and operations teams with a focus on hair transplant services client engagement and operational processes.
- PPT Creation & Delivery: Develop clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations for training sessions and ensure materials are relevant and effective.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead interactive training for new hires and existing employees focusing on product knowledge communication skills and customer service excellence.
- Evaluate & Improve: Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics refining programs as needed.
- OneonOne Coaching: Offer personalized coaching to employees requiring additional support to meet performance goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align training with company objectives and ensure staff are wellprepared to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field.
- Experience: 23 years in corporate training with experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills: Strong PPT creation and presentation skills excellent communication and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
