Overview
The Design Lead is a pivotal role within our organization responsible for overseeing the design team and guiding creative projects from concept to execution. This position is essential for ensuring that all design initiatives align with the companys standards for quality and innovation while meeting the needs of our clients. The Design Lead will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and engineering to create visually compelling and userfriendly designs that not only attract but also retain customers. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the design team in best practices and innovative processes.
- Oversee the design lifecycle from initial ideation through to implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and align design objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Design Fine Arts or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in design with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or Figma.
- Experience in user experience (UX) design principles.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Knowledge of frontend development principles is a plus.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of design trends and best practices.
