Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the technology product and culture of our growing organization. As we work with enterprise customers and banks our rapid growth demands senior engineers who can transform our V1 platform into a scalable robust solution in preparation for the next phase of expansion.
What to Expect
In this role you will:
- Develop pipelines to clean and transform data for RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG).
- Evaluate multiple models for tasks such as text classification sentiment analysis and speechtotext (STT).
- Conduct evaluations to monitor model performance.
- Collect clean and prune datasets to analyze metrics like recall hallucination rates and overall model accuracy.
- Research and implement stateoftheart (SOTA) methods for knowledge graphs and graphbased RAGs.
- Apply inferencetime reasoning techniques to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience building systems from scratch whether from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 10.
- Brings a strong background in AI/ML with handson expertise in working with large language models (LLMs).
- Demonstrates their skills and creativity through projects opensource contributions blogs or other tangible outputs.
- Places more emphasis on results and meaningful contributions than degrees prior employers or institutional affiliations.
- Has worked in earlystage startups or environments requiring a strong bias for action and ownership.
- Possesses the ability to design build and scale systems with thoughtful highimpact solutions.
