Roles
- Heading a team of Business Leads overseeing their business acquisition tasks managing the lead/conversion funnel and monitoring their upkeep and growth thereafter
- Operating as a point of escalation for account briefs and enquiries
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients leading to business growth
- Being seen as the authority on product and strategy by both colleagues and clients
- Identifying growth opportunities within teams and for accounts and pushing for their execution through the right channels and team members
- Contributing to new business presentations and analysis through insights media/strategy plans and innovations
- Managing work load and assisting teams in prioritising based on business funnels and company targets
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and business development with relevant experience in team management preferably within digital media and advertising
- Working knowledge of media channels campaign management experience and business acquisition
- Able to communicate effectively with the client and internal teams acting as a liaison for briefs and escalated conversation
- Strong knowledge of digital media current local trends in media consumption marketing opportunities and business trends
- Experience with negotiations pitches and the ability to take the tougher executive calls
