Job Role:
- Oversee product delivery across multiple teams (e.g. engineering QA design).
- Monitor Product scope and timelines to ensure ontime delivery.
- Act as the main liaison between product and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement.
- Support in defining product requirements and setting priorities based on product feedback.
- Regularly prepare progress reports and update senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 68 years of experience in Product delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Experience working with teams of 25 members
- Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with Product management tools (JIRA is essential).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in delivering SaaS ERP CRM or similar products.
- Agile certifications (CSM PMIACP) are a plus.
