The Territory Manager Life Insurance Chief Business Mentor plays a crucial role in leading and guiding the team of Life Insurance agents to achieve business goals expand market presence and ensure client satisfaction. This role involves strategizing training and mentoring agents to drive business growth and uphold the companys quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and guide a team of Life Insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Train and coach agents on product knowledge sales techniques and client relationship management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents to enhance their productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
