Plant HR Manager

Job Description:

Plant HR with previous Agri/Soya/Spices background
The Plant HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions for the manufacturing plant ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and objectives. This role is responsible for fostering a positive work culture implementing effective HR processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations. The HR Manager will partner with plant leadership to address HR needs while managing recruitment employee relations performance management compensation benefits and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Administer compensation and benefit plans for employees.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefitsrelated matters.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Assist in talent acquisition processes including job postings screening and interviewing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Employee Onboarding and Training:
Conduct employee onboarding sessions.
Help organize training and development initiatives.
Employee Relations and Support:
Address employee queries related to leaves compensation and other HR topics.
Resolve any issues that may arise.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Assist in creating and implementing human resource policies.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Performance Management:
Participate in performance appraisal processes.
Gather and analyze HR metrics (e.g. time to hire turnover rates).
Record Keeping and Data Management:
Maintain employee files and records (both electronic and paperbased)
