This position requires a proactive goaloriented professional who can manage multiple tasks understand customer requirements and work towards both individual and team sales targets. By fostering strong relationships and demonstrating a thorough understanding of life insurance products the Relationship Manager contributes to the expansion of the client base and enhances overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to promote life insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to fit their requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations to clients over the phone.
- Follow up with leads provided by the marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales processes in the CRM system.
- Handle inquiries and resolve client issues promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues and teams to strategize sales approaches.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Promote additional services and products to existing clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales preferably in life insurance or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
- High level of professional integrity and ethics.
- Resultsdriven with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
- Life insurance sales certification/licensing is a plus.
