Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process)
Process: US Customer Service Zenia Voice
Location Vikhroli

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for USbased clients in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate information while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach during customer interactions to build rapport and trust.
  • Adhere to defined workflows servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate unresolved queries as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year 3 years of experience in an International BPO (voice process preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or US accent.
  • Shift Timings: US Shifts (night shifts).
  • Work Days: 5 days per week with 2 rotational week offs.
  • Age Criteria: Up to 37 years preferred.
