KEY RESPONSIBLE AREAS:
We are looking for a qualified production coordinator & Store Manager with at least 2 years of experience.
The production coordinator will be responsible for:
Planning and scheduling: Creating and distributing schedules call sheets and progress reports
Organizing: Setting up the production office sourcing equipment and supplies and organizing travel and accommodation
Communicating: Coordinating with departments communicating with clients
Managing: Managing budgets tracking spending and writing expense reports
Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and obtaining legal clearances
Training and supervising: Training and supervising production staff and delegating tasks to production assistants
Closing out: Closing accounts with suppliers returning surplus stock and tying up
bill of quantity (boq),production coordination,client coordination,inward supervision,interior industry knowledge,department supervision,stores and inventory management,boq
