Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivables team/process in the daily operation to achieve the highlighted key priorities and qualitative and quantitative target sets.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Be involved in the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary and actively shape a new SSC in Budapest
- Be involved in daytoday operations in the following process areas
- Credit management
- Invoicing
- Incoming payment processing
- Collection management & dunning
- Customer disputes
- AR Closing and periodical activities
- Be adherent to agreed service levels policies and procedures as well as internal controls
- Discover evaluate and resolve issues
- Be the ambassador of our organization towards our Customers
- Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis
Qualifications :
- University or college degree in Finance & Accounting Economics Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field
- AR knowledge with at least 12 years finance operations role ideally in SSC
- Experience in a service driven customeroriented environment (beneficial: SSC experience)
- Strong Excel skills as well as SAP R3 (SAP S4/HANA is a plus)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken German is a plus
