Job Description
Job Role: Sr. Cloud Engineer
Location: Goregaon Mumbai
Experience: 3.5 years
Duration: Longterm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the design implementation and management of cloudbased infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies a proven track record of building scalable secure and reliable systems and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust cloud architectures using platforms like AWS Cloud.
Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud systems comply with security and compliance standards implementing best practices in data protection and identity management.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud environments for costefficiency performance and scalability.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Set up monitoring and logging systems to ensure system reliability availability and performance.
DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across cloud services and infrastructure.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and runbooks for cloud systems and processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Minimum 3.5 years of experience in cloud engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of cloudnative technologies server less architectures and microservices.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash).
Expertise in networking concepts (DNS load balancing VPCs firewalls).
Familiarity with database services (e.g. RDS).
Handson experience with monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch Prometheus).
Excellent problemsolving communication and project management skills.
