Overview:
Technical & Trading Engineering LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Chiller Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the chiller industry including at least 3 years of Gulf region experience. The role involves the installation maintenance troubleshooting and servicing of various types of chillers ensuring optimal performance and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design install maintain and troubleshoot chiller systems (aircooled and watercooled).
- Conduct system audits inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee and execute regular preventive maintenance on chillers to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and field technicians.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and provide onsite support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and environmental laws.
- Review technical documentation and schematics related to chiller systems.
- Collaborate with the project management team to plan and implement new installations or system upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports service logs and client communication.
- Troubleshoot electrical mechanical and refrigerationrelated issues in chiller systems.
- Manage and monitor the performance of chiller systems to ensure energy efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of handson experience in chiller engineering with at least 3 years of experience in the Gulf region.
- Technical Skills:Extensive knowledge of chiller operation installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Familiar with energyefficient solutions and optimization techniques for chiller systems.
- Certifications:Relevant certifications in HVAC or refrigeration engineering are a plus.
- Soft Skills:Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
