Job Description
Position : Packaging Supervisor .
We required this position for our group company VILAS transcore Limited Ganapatpura(Karjan) 20 KMS from Vadodara Vilas Transcore specializes in the manufacturing and supply of components for power distribution and transmission sector.
Desired experience for engineer packaging includes:
Experience in CRGO industry for 1 to 2 years .
Strong understanding of lean material flow strategies & lean manufacturing processes.
Ability to design equipment packaging and dunnage.
Responsibility :
With minimal supervision from manager of packaging development or Senior Packaging Engineer review recommend test and implement various proposals for packaging design..
Packaging Engineers develop packaging for plastic bumpers and components in an automotive environment.
Technical expert in wafer level packaging or other advanced packaging development projects.
Work with existing packaging suppliers to improve product packaging
Packaging support role on new product development (NPD) projects
Provide professional support to ENC volume production form packaging area
Support the Acquisition and Program Leaders during the launch phase to establish packaging budgets and standard concepts.
Support Plants and Suppliers to manage packaging shortages within the Supply Chain.
Installation and visualization in 3D of all electrical components and electronics owned by the electrical engineering.
Proactively leading crossfunctional packaging deliverable project meeting.
