Job Title: Infra Ops Tech Lead (B30) Linux Administration L2/L3
Experience 7 Years
Location Hyderabad & Ncr
Salary 1824 LPA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infra Ops Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of Linux Administration (RHEL 7 & RHEL 8) exposure to AWS cloud environments and handson experience with automation tools like Ansible. The role involves managing configuring and supporting hybrid environments while ensuring seamless operations through proactive incident management patching and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Linux Administration:
- Administration configuration and support of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 and RHEL 8 systems.
- Perform patching upgrades migrations and server refresh activities.
- Handle daytoday server management tasks ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Cloud & Hybrid Environment Management:
- Manage and support AWS Cloud Environments and hybrid infrastructure setups.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize cloudbased deployments.
- Automation & Scripting:
- Utilize Ansible for configuration management and task automation.
- Implement and maintain automation scripts to streamline operations.
- Incident Problem & Change Management:
- Work within the ITIL framework to manage changes incidents and problems effectively.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for Linux systems.
- Act as a technical lead mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices are followed.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in an L2 server support team or equivalent.
- Linux Expertise: Strong knowledge and handson experience with RHEL 7 and RHEL 8.
- Cloud Exposure: Practical experience managing AWS cloud environments and hybrid setups.
- Automation Tools: Handson experience with Ansible for configuration management.
- ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes including change incident and problem management.
- Technical Skills: Patching upgrades migrations and other server management activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
