Job Description

This role involves designing developing and testing heat pump systems for residential commercial and industrial applications. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to improve the efficiency performance and reliability of heat pump equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:        

Design & Development: Lead the design and development of High Temp heat pump systems including both airsource and Watersource units from concept through to production.        

Product Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency and performance of heat pump systems by applying advanced thermodynamics fluid mechanics and heat transfer principles.        

Prototyping & Testing: Develop and test prototypes of new heat pump equipment to ensure they meet performance regulatory and safety standards.        

Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams (mechanical electrical software) to integrate design solutions and ensure the overall functionality of heat pump systems.          

Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and energy efficiency requirements. Maintain knowledge of local and international certifications such as CE UL etc.         

Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings specifications and reports for heat pump systems. Document design changes test results and project status.

Required skills:

Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering HVAC Engineering or a related field. 

7 years of experience in heat pump design HVAC systems or related equipment design. 

Strong understanding of thermodynamics heat transfer fluid mechanics and system efficiency. 

Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar) for equipment design and modeling. 

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (ASHRAE IEC etc.). 

Strong problemsolving analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

RFQ BOM preparation and review the vendor technical Documents & Drawings


Qualifications :

B.E (Mechanical Engineering) or relavent Degree
