Job Description
Job Title: Academic Research Associate
Location: Noida

Role Overview: The Academic Research Associate will support international students in their course modules and academic projects through oneonone online tutoring sessions. The role includes developing learning modules and sample academic solutions tailored to the requirements of students from foreign universities. The candidate will interact with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions accordingly ensuring high standards of academic integrity and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and client needs through discussions (verbal and written).
- Conduct secondary research and study concepts across various domains.
- Develop plagiarismfree welledited highquality academic content.
- Ensure timely delivery of individual microprojects.
- Provide oneonone online tutoring sessions in respective subject areas.
- Train new team members on academic writing basics and advanced theories used in foreign universities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong comprehension ability and subject matter expertise.
- Proficient in intensive and extensive internet research with a focus on authenticity and reliability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet quality and target deadlines.
- Researchoriented with a passion for writing.
- High concentration abilities and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with expertise in the following subject domains:
- Management: MBA (Finance/HRM/Operations/Project Management) Public Health/Hospital Administration Pharmaceutical Management.
- Law: LLB/LLM.
- Nursing/Medicine: M.Sc. in Nursing BDS MDS MBBS.
- Accounting and Finance: CA CFA B.Com M.Com.
- Economics: M.Sc./Ph.D. in Economics.
- Statistics: M.Sc. in Statistics.
- Engineering: B.Tech/M.Tech in any branch.
