Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes including coordination with external consultants ensuring timely followup and meeting budgetary hiring goals.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires including documentation and induction processes.
- Coordinate the submission of PF ESIC WC Policy & personal accident policy details of new employees to respective vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Organize monthly Open House sessions to gauge employee sentiment and feedback.
- Handle employee grievances ensuring effective resolution of monetary and nonmonetary welfare needs.
- Maintain accuracy in processing payroll data and oversee full & final settlement for resigned employees monthly.
- Verify vendor documents regarding company factory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies across the organization.
- Create impactful new HR policies on a quarterly basis.
- Manage leave records in the HRMS system and oversee attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records including those related to factory compliance and employee documentation.
- Oversee documentation processes for employee and labour entries and exits at sites.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree / master s in human resources management or related field.
- Strong experience in recruitment especially for engineers and business development roles.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role within Solar Infrastructure or Factory settings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office suite.
Preferred:
- Background in Solar Infrastructure or Factory environments.
