Overview
The TWS Admin role at TCS is a critical position within the organizations IT operations. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a TWS Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of workload automation and scheduling concepts.
- Handson experience with scripting languages (e.g. Shell Python).
- Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and incident management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Experience working in a teamoriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Understanding of security protocols and best practices.
