Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

As AEM Developers in the Global Communications and Marketing (GCM) Solutions team the consultants will be responsible for creating templates and components and delivering which is a preparatory work for migrating to AEM from SiteCore for Micron.com. These 2 developers will work as an Integrated Micron team by working on POCs to baseline and visualize the requirements for migration to Micron.com.
This role requires an indepth understanding of the Micron s Global Communications and Marketing solutions landscape applying systems thinking to preempt unwanted consequences and identify the quick wins. The candidate should possess the command skills needed to socialize these solutions throughout the supply chain organization and get leadership consensus and should be able to orchestrate the implementation of system capabilities and provide the leadership vital to see solutions through to delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyse and define Functional requirements of the user story (requirements) and acceptance criteria.
Design and deliver AEM components for websites using responsive Html5 and Css3 using Bootstrap Agile Angular JS and MVC approach.
Complete executive Summary documents participate in Code reviews changes and coordinate deployment.
Support Operational reporting requirements coming from the Singapore team and quickly deliver them.
Learn how Micron s customers use the data today with the goal of improving the user experience and developing a good understanding of how the feedback loops work with key customers by building positive relationships
Collaborate with business team members and other AEM developers to ensure that the solution is meeting the business needs.
Drive effective agile project management through active engagement in the Scrum development process.
Provide handson demonstration of the solution and provide Functional support to key stakeholders during the testing and deployment phase.
Work with teams to deliver effective highvalue reporting solutions by maximizing an established delivery methodology.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Experience implementing Adobe AEM or similar web content management system (AEM 6.0 and later required; AEM 6.3 is a plus)
Design develop and support AEM components integrations and applications.
Overall 710 years experience with 35 years working with web content management systems including one or more CMS packages such as Adobe AEM 6.x and CQ5.6
Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM
Experience with Portal or related technologies a plus
Experience with HTML 5 CSS 3 JavaScript and AJAX
Experience with RESTful and SOAPbased web services
Strong Angular.js experience or related technologies a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with content management technologies
Experience in Sling Spring and Struts Framework or other MVC frameworks.
Experience working with geographically separate project teams.
Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools
Experience with secure coding practices
Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment.
Experience with objectoriented design and design patterns
Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment
Experience with web and application servers such as Apache and Tomcat
Exposure to opensource technologies
Experience building deploying and supporting Internetfacing applications.
