Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the consultant in the studio and schedule consultations to help them achieve their individual targets and earn incentives.
  • Manage inquiries efficiently via phone calls and emails while maintaining professional communication standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Brand Standards.
  • Oversee and manage the front desk to ensure clients receive prompt courteous attention and personalized recognition.
  • Supervise front office tasks and guest relations staff to maintain excellent service quality.
  • Compile front office statistics and generate detailed reports as needed.
  • Uphold appropriate standards of conduct dress hygiene uniform appearance and professional demeanor for self and team members at the front office.
  • Prepare and implement efficient work schedules for front office staff to optimize operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality service industry entertainment media or corporate sector.
  • Communication Skills: Good and pleasing communication skills in English Hindi and the regional language (specific to the work location).
  • Client Handling: Excellent telephone etiquette and strong clienthandling abilities.
  • Management Skills: Knowledge of routine operations and front office management.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Highly motivated and resultoriented.
  • Comfortable in a targetbased role.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Presentable professional appearance with a pleasing personality.
