Job Description

As a Junior Events & Key Communication Projects Manager (m/f/d) you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable conventions and events that reflect the spirit of Accor. From planning to execution this dynamic position is your gateway to impactful collaborations and creative opportunities.
- Plan and manage largescale conventions and events from conception to completion.
- Organize RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for agencies and conduct briefings.
- Coordinate with event agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute 360degree communication projects
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or communications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in interacting with various stakeholders including executives within Accor.
