Having started as an online shop we are now growing beyond our borders. In the same way our products are also growing beyond the borders of the Internet into bricksandmortar retail. In our sales team we ensure that KoRo is available in stores throughout Europe and are gaining new partners every day. Help us in the role of a Key Account Manager for Italy to make the supermarket shelves a little more colourful with our variety and to win new retail partners for the Italian market!
- As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for personalised customer care and support and for intensifying customer relationships in Italy.
- You will optimise sales processes to ensure the best possible supply of products and services to customers.
- You realise customer and arearelated sales and turnover targets.
- You will conduct annual meetings and market analyses.
- You will work closely with the marketing and operations team as well as product development and management.
- You create and supervise the controlling (e.g. performance reporting) of your customers.
- Analysing the key figures forms the basis for your operational and strategic decisions and the achievement of your goals.
Your profile
- You have 23 years of experience in dealing with key accounts ideally in the Italian food sector.
- You speak Italian at C1 level and have a very good command of English.
- Ideally you live in Berlin/surroundings or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in controlling are among your strengths.
- You love your KPIs and are completely absorbed in those.
- Confident presentation skills at all hierarchical levels are part of your everyday life.
- You are enthusiastic about the Italian food market.
- You are a strong negotiator committed and a good communicator.
- You have a professional demeanour and drive as well as a handson mentality.
