Job Description
Experience in largescale projects including having overall responsibility for Arch. works.
Effectively uncover client needs and provide compelling solutions.
Thoroughly perform site inventories.
Efficiently create uniquely desirable artistic and inspirational designs
Requirements and Job Description
Accurately prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.
Demonstrate and maintain a high knowledge of landscape trends features and techniques.
Undertake design project from concept to completion
Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
Set costs and project fees according to budget
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Produce sample and mood products
Supervise work progress
Work closely with designers decorators architects and constructors
Research and follow industry changes evolutions and best practices
Experience of working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA).
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum 12 years
experience in largescale projects including having overall responsibility for Arch. works.
