Job Description

Overview
The role of a Telecaller for sales is critical in driving business growth by engaging potential customers through telephone communication. As a frontline representative the Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers presenting products and services and converting leads into sales. This position plays a significant role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with clients ultimately contributing to the organizations bottom line. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong sales aptitude to effectively convey product value to customers. They will also need to demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. With immediate joining required the successful candidate will join a dynamic team based in Mumbai that is committed to delivering quality service and profitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Introduce and promote company products and services to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information on pricing availability and product features.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle objections and customer complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve overall goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist in the development of sales scripts and promotional materials.
  • Report weekly sales performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent listening skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle rejection and build resilience in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications and internet services preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques.
  • Listening to customer needs and identifying solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
  • Background checks may be required for all candidates.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
