As a Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement user acquisition and brand awareness in both the education and agriculture domains.
Location: Bhubaneswar Odisha Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for DasVitas EdTech platform and eCommerce store.
- Build both B2C and B2B marketing strategies tailored to farmers agribusinesses and learners.
- Optimize multichannel marketing efforts including social media SEO/SEM influencer collaborations and content marketing.
2. Branding and Communication
- Strengthen DasVita s brand identity and position as a leader in agritech education and eCommerce.
- Develop compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage public relations efforts including press releases partnerships and community engagement.
3. User Acquisition and Engagement
- Lead initiatives to drive user acquisition for the EdTech platform and customers for the eCommerce store.
- Develop referral programs loyalty campaigns and interactive content to enhance user engagement.
- Leverage data analytics to track user behavior and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
4. Partnerships and Collaborations
- Identify and establish partnerships with agricultural institutions influencers and organizations.
- Work with educational institutions to promote the EdTech platform.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
5. Market Research and Insights
- Conduct market research to understand trends user preferences and competitor activities.
- Analyze feedback from users to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Provide insights on market demands to guide product development and innovation.
Key Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in marketing preferably in agriculture EdTech or eCommerce sectors.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven expertise in digital marketing including social media management SEO SEM and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition retention strategies and brand building.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
- Familiarity with agriculture or education markets is a strong advantage.
