Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Faculty for Management to join our MBA program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of management principles and practices and a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching Excellence: Deliver engaging lectures and interactive sessions in core management subjects such as Marketing Finance Operations HR Strategy and Organizational Behavior.
- Curriculum Development: Design update and enhance course materials to reflect the latest industry trends and academic standards.
- Mentoring: Guide students in academic and careerrelated matters including internships and research projects.
- Industry Integration: Bring realworld business insights into the classroom through case studies guest lectures and practical applications.
- Research & Development: Conduct research in managementrelated fields and contribute to the institution s academic reputation through publications.
- Academic Administration: Participate in department meetings curriculum planning and accreditation processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in management and incorporate them into teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Master s degree (MBA) in Management or a related field.
- PhD or equivalent in Management (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 35 years of teaching experience in management or business studies at the postgraduate level.
- Industry experience in management roles (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge in core management domains (e.g. Marketing Finance HR Operations).
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing management simulation activities.
- Knowledge of casebased teaching approaches.
- Familiarity with management software and tools (e.g. SPSS Tableau SAP).
- Publications in reputed academic journals.
