Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement beverage menus that align with customer preferences and market trends.
- Manage a team of bartenders and service staff providing training and support.
- Oversee inventory management and control ensuring optimal stock levels of beverages.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in hospitality management business or related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in beverage management or related role.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong understanding of beverage trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a highpressure fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and POS systems.
- Certification in bartending or mixology preferred.
- Experience with cost control and budget management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations concerning beverage service.
