## Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional technical recruiter who will drive our talent acquisition strategy with a focus on cuttingedge recruitment techniques including GenAI based hiring approaches.
## Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit toptier technical talent specializing in cloud technologies databases and software development
Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies leveraging GenAI tools and techniques
Conduct comprehensive technical screening for roles in cloud computing software development and quality assurance
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for Apex1s rapidly expanding technology teams
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical role requirements
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including social media professional networks and tech conferences
Manage endtoend recruitment process with a highperformance resultsdriven approach
## Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
**Minimum 3 years of technical recruitment experience**
Deep understanding of cloud technologies development methodologies and QA processes
Proven track record of successful technical hiring
Advanced knowledge of GenAI recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
## Qualifications
