Position Overview:
The Senior Social Media Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing the company s online presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing datadriven insights optimizing social media strategies and measuring the success of campaigns within the real estate industry. This is a handson role that requires both analytical expertise and creative thinking to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company s goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars for multiple platforms ensuring relevant content for our audience in the real estate sector.
- Provide input on content creation for social media campaigns working closely with creative teams to maintain consistent messaging.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor social media channels for key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement traffic lead generation and brand sentiment.
- Analyze the performance of paid and organic campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on social media trends campaigns and performance metrics offering recommendations for optimization.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics Hootsuite Sprout Social etc.) to assess campaign success.
- Social Media Optimization:
- Track and evaluate the impact of content and campaigns on lead generation website traffic and conversions in the real estate market.
- A/B testing and optimization of ads to maximize ROI.
- Utilize social listening tools to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Community Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Oversee daily interactions on social media accounts including responding to comments messages and inquiries.
- Engage with online communities relevant to the real estate industry to build relationships and drive engagement.
- Manage reputation by addressing customer feedback and promoting positive brand sentiment.
- Collaboration & CrossFunctional Work:
- Collaborate with marketing sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with companywide goals.
- Work with the creative team to produce engaging highquality visuals video content and promotional materials.
- Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media analytics are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management ideally within the real estate property management or related sectors.
- Strong experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Hootsuite Sprout Social or similar platforms.
- Proven track record in optimizing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.).
