Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekdays clients

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Channel Partner Management:
  • Identify recruit and onboard new channel partners across the country.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained growth.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Coordinate with the team and customers to develop and execute business plans aimed at meeting sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends to develop targeted sales strategies that boost brand awareness and revenue.
  • Manage the sales pipeline forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and nurture positive working relationships with customers to foster business growth.
  • Address customerrelated issues sales conflicts and pricing matters promptly and effectively.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences to promote collaboration and engagement.
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Work with internal teams to develop sales proposals quotations and pricing strategies.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize customer management activities and enhance efficiency.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Assist in developing process improvements and streamlining operations to maximize productivity.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in channel sales leadership with 815 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sales pipelines achieving revenue targets and developing business opportunities.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data forecast sales and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field is required.
  • An MBA is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
