Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management:
- Identify recruit and onboard new channel partners across the country.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained growth.
- Evaluate partner sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Coordinate with the team and customers to develop and execute business plans aimed at meeting sales goals.
- Analyze market trends to develop targeted sales strategies that boost brand awareness and revenue.
- Manage the sales pipeline forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture positive working relationships with customers to foster business growth.
- Address customerrelated issues sales conflicts and pricing matters promptly and effectively.
- Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences to promote collaboration and engagement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Work with internal teams to develop sales proposals quotations and pricing strategies.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Implement process improvements to optimize customer management activities and enhance efficiency.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Assist in developing process improvements and streamlining operations to maximize productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven track record in channel sales leadership with 815 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing sales pipelines achieving revenue targets and developing business opportunities.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data forecast sales and develop actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field is required.
- An MBA is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
