Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of highvalue accounts in the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain longterm relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders including Clevel executives.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Drive the endtoend sales process from planning and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs and aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned sales quotas.
- Solution Selling:
- Leverage a deep understanding of SaaS cybersecurity and emerging technologies to position solutions that address client challenges.
- Customize presentations proposals and demonstrations to align with client goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs providing insights and offering innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.
- Foster strong client relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management highlighting progress challenges and solutions.
- Share insights and feedback with internal teams to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- MBA BA BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of quotacarrying sales experience with demonstrated success in selling SaaS cybersecurity or emerging technologies to BFSI and enterprise clients.
- Technical Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of solution selling methodologies and emerging technologies in BFSI and enterprise markets.
- Familiarity with navigating complex sales cycles and decisionmaking processes.
- Communication and Relationship Management:
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels including executive and Clevel leaders.
