Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekdays clients

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Account Management:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of highvalue accounts in the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain longterm relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders including Clevel executives.
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Drive the endtoend sales process from planning and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client needs and aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned sales quotas.
  1. Solution Selling:
  • Leverage a deep understanding of SaaS cybersecurity and emerging technologies to position solutions that address client challenges.
  • Customize presentations proposals and demonstrations to align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs providing insights and offering innovative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.
  • Foster strong client relationships to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  1. Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management highlighting progress challenges and solutions.
  • Share insights and feedback with internal teams to inform product development and strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education:
  • MBA BA BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of quotacarrying sales experience with demonstrated success in selling SaaS cybersecurity or emerging technologies to BFSI and enterprise clients.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of solution selling methodologies and emerging technologies in BFSI and enterprise markets.
  • Familiarity with navigating complex sales cycles and decisionmaking processes.
  • Communication and Relationship Management:
  • Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels including executive and Clevel leaders.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Selfmotivated proactive and goaloriented with a whatever it takes attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative team environment.
