Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving franchise growth by identifying and securing qualified franchisees. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background excellent communication skills and a proven track record in franchise sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive franchise sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to franchisee onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees guiding them through the franchise discovery process.
- Conduct franchise presentations negotiate terms and close franchise agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise sales business development or a similar sales role.
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
