Job Description
Role: Technical Program Manager
Exp: 3 Yrs
Working Location: Ahmedabad
Working Mode: 5 Days WFO
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our nextgeneration products.
Looking out passionate exectutor with technical background:
Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
Must be able to communicate up down and out to both technical and business audiences.
Must be able to successfully drive architect and execute the program vision anticipate bottlenecks and
balance business needs against technical constraints.
Must take complex challenges and break them down into manageable projects then work with
technologists to prototype and engineering to deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
Must be able to derisk situations by taking a pragmatic approach and be willing to take calculated bets.
Skills which will best fit
Excellent technical problemsolving and communication skills (written and verbal) with senior management on status risks and strategy.
Must have experience collecting requirements writing detailed functional and test specifications coordinating efforts to scope schedule and deploy new features
Analyze the cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization.
You would be interfacing with your immediate multiengineering team
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
2 years of technical product or program management experience
2 years of software development experience
3 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and
critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release
schedules
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
