Position: Technical Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst
Experience: 5 years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Pune
Budget: 811 LPA
Shift Timing: US Time Zone Overlap (8:30 PM 11:30 PM IST)
About the Role:
We are searching for an exceptional Technical Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Scrum Product Owner you will work closely with our Forge product team to drive the success of our technology projects. This role focuses on collaborating with Product Managers users and developers to define prioritize and deliver impactful software solutions . If you enjoy dissecting complex challenges and working with teams across time zones this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Collaborate: Serve as the Scrum Product Owner collaborating with Product Managers and endusers to gather and prioritize software requirements .
Execute Technology Projects: Manage the execution of technology initiatives ensuring that projects align with evolving user needs and business goals .
Feature Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of new features and enhancements driving continuous product improvement .
Acceptance Testing: Lead acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables ensuring solutions meet user expectations .
Written Communication: Craft detailed product requirements and technology solutions with a focus on clarity and precision .
MustHave Qualifications:
Finance/Banking Expertise: Experience in finance banking capital markets or enterprise applications in the financial services industry .
Tech Project Execution: Handson experience leading the development of SaaS products and familiarity with Agile SDLC processes .
System Integrations: Strong understanding of API concepts and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity .
ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations troubleshoot and propose impactful solutions .
USA Team Collaboration: Proven experience working with USAbased teams and remote counterparts .
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication able to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders .
Educational Background: Degree in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics or Finance .
NicetoHave:
Capital Markets Expertise: Familiarity with capital markets reference data security master and realtime data.
Asset Class Knowledge: Experience across multiple securities asset classes .
Data Analysis: Experience with SQL and BI tools like Looker or Power BI for data analysis and reporting .
GrowthStage Startups: Experience working in growthstage startups with distributed global teams .
Global Collaboration: Previous experience working with remote global teams contributing to a seamless workflow .
