Summary: The Server and VMware L3 Engineer is responsible for the design implementation management and troubleshooting of the server infrastructure and VMware virtualization environment. This role requires advanced expertise in server management virtualization technologies and a strong focus on maintaining high availability security and performance of the infrastructure.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g. VCP VCAP MCSE etc.) but these are not mandatory criteria. Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in server administration and VMware virtualization at an advanced level.
Technical Skills:
o Expertise in VMware vSphere vCenter and related technologies.
o Expertise AD DNS and DHCP o Strong knowledge of Windows and ESXi server administration. o Experience with SAN/NAS storage solutions and their integration with VMware. o Proficiency with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam Veritas).
o Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and hybrid cloud environments. o Knowledge of scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell PowerCLI).
o Expertise in windows clustering o ITSM tools hands on for processes of Incident / Problem / Change management o Datacenter process knowledge o Knowledge of Service improvement Plan o Performance tuning implementation suggested by OEM or product vendor o VMware and HyperV Hotfix installation o Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures o Knowledge of Service improvement Plan
