Company has developed NES Software tools suite including AL/ML based framework to do Telecom Network Performance Monitoring. The IT Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing an organizations information technology systems and infrastructure. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability security and effectiveness of IT operations while aligning technology initiatives with the organizations business goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Planning for development and installation of data center according to present and future requirements. Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Center standards and systems. Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans. Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process. Perform troubleshoot on data center identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same. Manage and perform research to design new advanced data center. Ensure adherence to all established guidelines and management practices for employees. Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into infrastructure. Coordinate with IT enhancement and business teams and develop strategies to ensure achievement of data center capacity. Maintain expert knowledge on all applications and its use on systems for various critical systems. Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various departments. Maintain effective professional relationships with leadership. Maintain expert knowledge on all business procedures associate with assets and capacity. Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization. Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff. Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates upgrades migrations and outages. Maintains organization s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Directs technological research by studying organization goals strategies practices and user projects. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Recommends information technology strategies policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Security Operations: Security Monitoring: Oversee 24/7 security monitoring and incident detection. Log Analysis: Analyze security logs and alerts for anomalies and potential threats. Security Policy Enforcement: Enforce security policies and access controls. Security Testing: Conduct regular security testing including vulnerability scanning and assessments. Identity and Access Management: Manage identity and access controls and permissions. Endpoint Security: Ensure the security of endpoints (computers mobile devices etc.). Security Tool Administration: Administer and maintain security tools and systems. Security Audits Conduct regular security audits and assessments. Security Reviews Review and approve security configurations and settings.

Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field. 6 years of experience in IT leadership roles with a proven track record of success. Strong technical background and expertise in areas such as network administration system architecture and cybersecurity. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business objectives. Strong project management skills and experience with IT project lifecycles. Indepth knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and senior executives. Essential Qualification and Skills: Master or bachelor s degree in CSE with minimum 70% score. 6 8 years of experience. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills along with quick learner. Experience with specific technologies or platforms relevant to the organizations industry (e.g. cloud computing ERP systems). Working Conditions: 9 Hrs. of Shift timings which includes Night shifts and odd shifts. (Cab facility will be provided for one way if shift login or logout timings fall at odd night timings). Should be flexible & ready to work on Indian/US holidays including weekends based on the Project requirement. Remuneration As per Industry standards
